Yes, you can request to cancel your order anytime before it has been shipped. If you cancel before shipping, a 10% administrative fee applies to cover processing, payment gateway fees, and handling.
If your order has already been shipped, a 30% administrative fee may apply to cover processing, packaging, logistics, and restocking. However, since 2017, we have not enforced this fee with any customer. Our goal is always to work fairly with our customers. This policy simply protects against potential abuse while giving us flexibility to handle genuine issues.
Unfortunately, shipping charges are non-refundable once your order has been shipped, as delivery costs are incurred immediately upon dispatch.
